1. Three well equipped Laboratories:

  • Post-harvest Technology of fresh produce
  • Processed Product Development
  • Emerging Technology

Good facility to work in the field of post-harvest technology and biotechnology, which includes the facility to work on storage, bioactivity evaluation, molecular biology and microbiology of fruits and vegetables.

Good facility including equipment and analytical instruments for product development from fruits and vegetables.

2. One cold storage (1 ton capacity, 0-15 C)

3. One Pilot plant equipped with canning line, fruit pulp/juice, jam, jelly and ketchup lines, membrane processing, dehydrators, walk in coolers etc.
