The centre has developed many technologies and many of them were exploited for commercial use. They are: Potato based products, Tomato based products, Amala based products, products from underutilized fruits such as Jamun (Syzigium cumunii), Raspberries (Rubus rosifolius), Kafal (Myrica Nagi), Custard apple (Annona squamosa L.), Wood apple (Feronia vimonia L.), Mango (Ramkela variety), Banana (Hari Chal ka), Karaunda (C. carandas), Mulberry (M. Nigra), Kafal (Myrica Nagi), Fruits and Parwal (T.diocia Roxb, Lotus root (Nelunbo nucifera), Kundru (Little Gourd), Vegetables specially grown in UP and Uttranchal. The centre also developed Papad and Wadian north Indian traditional foods.
